Authorized use
You must be authorized to act for a company before creating its workspace. Do not use ORPECT for harassment, discrimination, surveillance, or unauthorized people searches.
Account responsibility
Keep account credentials private. Do not share credentials or try to access another company’s information. Access permissions can be restricted when activity is unauthorized or harmful.
Accuracy and fair treatment
Only submit information you are entitled to provide. Distinguish employment facts from opinions, avoid unnecessary sensitive data, and retain supporting context. Employment decisions remain the responsibility of authorized decision-makers.
Plans and payments
Where checkout is enabled, verified companies can purchase one month of ORPECT Verify or additional wallet credits through Razorpay. One-time purchases do not renew automatically. Where monthly billing is configured, companies may separately authorize recurring Verify payments and request cancellation of future renewals in Billing & Wallet. The amount and currency are shown before payment. Test checkout does not collect real money. Company verification and authorization still govern access. Returning to Free does not initiate a refund; contact Support about payment questions. Applicable billing, tax and refund terms must accompany a live purchase.
Availability and changes
Service features and availability can evolve. Any service-specific commitments, governing terms and contracting details will be provided with the applicable agreement. Contact ORPECT for the terms relevant to your organization.
